| The GAELIC Governing Board (GGB) is made up of library heads of all the GAELIC member libraries. Its function is to regulate and manage GAELIC, its policies, objectives, projects, objective teams and finances. The GAELIC Executive Committee manages the practical implementation of decisions made by the GGB. The Board reports regularly to FOTIM.
